In the 49th match of the ongoing 13th season of the Indian Premier League , Chennai Super Kings(CSK) are all ready to lock horns against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Dubai today.

Having lost eight and won four out of their 12 matches so far, CSK are already out of contention for the playoffs this season. KKR, on the other hand, are stillin the competition with six wins and six losses in 12 matches. The Super Kings are right at the bottom of the points table, while Knight Riders are at the fifth position and a victory today might result them entering the Top Four on the points table.

CSK has nothing to loose or gain but will be looking to play best cricket without any tensions. They are coming from a win in the last game where young Ruturaj Gaikwad showed some spark with the bat. On the other hand KKR ,still not finding collective team momentum as there has been a lot of inconsistencies with the performances of few blokes.
