Yasir Shah on the third day of Manchester test bagged 100 wickets outside UAE. In 40 tests he has 217 wickets with one more innings to bowl, Indian off-spinner Ashwin leads the table of most wickets in 40 tests, 223 wickets. Pakistan leggie has scalped 116 wickets in U.A.E in just 17 tests. That implies in remaining 23 tests he has 101 wickets.
Here we will consider U.A.E also as home ground for Yasir Shah.

Home vs Away
Herath has a significant dip in scalping the number of wickets per inns in away tests. Derek Underwood performance is almost invariant with respect to this metric. On the expected line lists are dominated by subcontinent bowlers.
Shane Warne is quite exceptional in this list if you add longevity factor with 708 wickets and similar pattern in home and away. Even Murali performance goes for a toss with 28% dip in difference.
In terms of stability of wickets taking ability Underwood, Warne, Gibbs tops the table while Ashwin, Qadir, Herath are at the bottom.
This doesn’t gives a complete picture as better scenario will be to split on basis of conditions i.e subcontinent vs rest.
Shakib Al Hasan striking ability increases outside Asia. Harbhajan is suited for both Asia as well as outside subcontinent.
Even the average table is topped by Shakib , Lyon as most invariant of all. Yasir Shah has the worst average difference of 18.26 among all spinners with at-least 200 wickets.
In terms of wicket taking ability top two spot is bagged by leading wicket takers.
Underwood had just three fifers compared to fourteen outside Asia. Chandra has eight fifer each in both the conditions. Shakib average out BS as the most stable bowler with five wickets taking ability.
