NZ recovered from 13/2  through a 120-run stand filled with determination and patience  between Taylor and  Williamson pulled New Zealand in the game . Taylor show off his aggressive side with ten fours and a six meanwhile Kane Williamson played  a decent knock as cool as him  .  After Taylor’s wicket the partnership of  unbeaten 89   run stand followed  between Williamson  & Nicholls.

Pakistan’s 20 year old destroyer  Shaheen Afridi removed openers early and end the day with three for 55 . This young lad impressed everyone .

“ When the ball was 50 overs old it was still swinging and he could pick and choose when he ( Afridi)  used it and he got a slippery bumper . He’s only going to get better and Pakistan  are going to see a very good bowler in years to come,” Taylor said .
